Photo Instructions

Types of Photos:

  • You may send standard 35mm color prints. One 24 exposure roll should be sufficient. Send the prints, or have a CD made from your print film images and send it.

  • You may send digital camera images. Send prints, or a CD with images, or simply e-mail them.

Instructions:

1) Photograph each side of the house. The house should fill the viewing frame. If at all possible, take photos on a cloudy day when shadows will not cast over the surface. If you must take photos in the sun, be sure to photograph each side of the building when the sun is shining on it. This will allow me to see all of the homes' details.

2) Take close-ups of all architectural features such as porches, gables, windows, entryway, doors, brackets, eaves and surrounding fencing. You may use the flash when taking close ups.

3) Get shots of your immediate neighbors' homes-next door and across the street.

4) Label prints with "Post-It-Notes" and send along with completed Client Profile Form and a check.
